Bello Skin Toner

Bello Skin Toner helps close pores and tighten the skin after cleansing, so fewer impurities and pollutants get in. It also removes traces of chlorine and minerals left by tap water. It helps balance the skin's pH, so skin is less prone to oiliness, and helps fade the look of dark spots and acne marks. Green tea (Camellia sinensis) hydrates and has soothing, toning properties. Key benefits • Tightens pores • Balances oily skin • Refreshes and hydrates
