Who can order

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.

Products and information

• We describe our products as accurately as we can, including net quantity, price, country of origin, manufacturer and best-before details. Product photos are for illustration. The pack you receive is the final reference.
• Our Ayurvedic medicines and cosmetics are not a substitute for medical advice. Read the label, follow the directions, and consult a qualified practitioner for any health concern.
• Some classical Ayurvedic medicines are sold only against a valid prescription, which we check before shipping.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Any delivery charge is shown in your bag before you pay. We do not add hidden charges at checkout.
• If we show a reduced price, we also show the lowest price of that product in the previous 30 days.
• If a price or product detail is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we will tell you and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

Orders, cancellation, returns

Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds (or, for cash on delivery, once it is placed). Cancellation, returns and refunds follow our Returns, refunds & cancellation policy. Delivery follows our Shipping & delivery policy.

Your account

You can check out as a guest or log in. You log in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with your Google account. Keep your email account secure and never share login codes: our staff will never ask for them.

Guest orders are filed under the email address you give. Anyone who later logs in with that email can see those orders, so please use your own email address.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Please contact us first. See Grievance redressal. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a Consumer Commission.
