Delivery charges

• Free delivery on orders of ₹300 or more.
• Orders below ₹300 have a delivery charge of ₹60, shown in your bag before you pay.
• No extra fee for cash on delivery.

Who delivers

All orders are shipped with our courier partner Delhivery from our facility in Hyderabad, Telangana. Enter your pincode on any product page to check that we deliver to you.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your pincode and is shown before you order. As soon as your order ships, you receive a Delhivery tracking number by SMS, and you can follow it in My orders.

Prescription medicines

A few classical Ayurvedic medicines can only be sold against a valid prescription from a registered Ayurvedic practitioner. For these, we check the prescription you upload at checkout before the order is shipped. If it cannot be accepted, the order is cancelled and any payment refunded in full.

Payment options

UPI and net banking (processed securely by Razorpay, with 10% off the product price) and cash on delivery. We do not accept credit or debit cards.
