We don't use chemically activated charcoal; we char herbs (Turmeric, Neem, Tulasi, Aloe vera and Vacha) into a fine charcoal powder. It draws impurities from deep within the pores for tighter-looking pores and a healthy glow, and Vacha (Acorus calamus) helps keep the skin moisturised.
