Overview

When can I return or replace ?

  • If wrong product delivered
  • Incomplete order
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered – tampered or physical damage

What is the process for return or replacement?

  • Raise a return or replacement ticket within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Your return/review ticket will be verified in 2-3 working days.
  • Once return request is validated, we will arrange our courier partner to pick up the products
  • Once we receive your return product, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Replacement of the product is subject to availability of stock.
  • Incase of refund, Only product chargers will be refunded. Shipping chargers will not be refunded by any means.

When will the return/replacement request not accepted ?

  • Opened products
  • Original packaging missing
  • Return / Replacement request raised after 7 days from date of delivery

How can I cancel my order:

Order can only be cancelled till the “Ready to ship” status.

You can cancel your order under “Your orders” section

How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?

It will be processed with 7 business days in case of cancellation of an order.

For returns, we will verify against the claim and process the payment within 2 weeks.
