How To Use:
Direction for oral: Take 5 to 10 grams of powder with water, twice a day or as directed by physician.
How to use for hair:
Soak Methi powder in water overnight. Boil the water following day until all the ingredients soften up. Apply on hair and keep for 1 hr and take bath.
