How To Use:
Direction for oral: Take 5 to 10 grams of powder with water, twice a day or as directed by physician.
How to use for hair: Soak Shikakai, Reetha, Mandara and amla powders in water overnight. Boil the water the following day until all the ingredients soften up. Mixture properly and use it as a shampoo for your hair. Keep lid tightly after every use.
